About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our sales team in Kolkata. As a Telecaller, you will engage with potential customers over the phone, promote our offerings, and help drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for freshers eager to start a career in sales and telemarketing.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Make persuasive sales calls and follow up with customers to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Freshers can apply; prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use standard office applications.
