About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive to drive the growth of our education‑focused SaaS portfolio. You will represent a suite of digital solutions for schools and institutes, including ERP software, mobile apps, websites, and other education technology products.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective school and institute clients through outbound calls and digital outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions, tailoring the pitch to each client’s needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience selling software or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and its technology requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.

Required skills

  • Experience with SaaS sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
