Technician / Welder / Electrician for Mining Operations

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a versatile Technician/Welder/Electrician to support the seamless operation of equipment at the RA Mine in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The role focuses on scheduled and periodic maintenance of mining machinery, ensuring high operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on loading, hauling, drilling and underground mining equipment.
• Execute ARC and gas welding tasks to repair and fabricate components as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture on site.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize resource use and support overall mine productivity.

Required profile

• Experience working in a mining environment with basic knowledge of loading, hauling and drilling equipment.
• Familiarity with underground mining activities.
• Demonstrated safety consciousness and self‑discipline.
• Honest work ethic, positive attitude and ethical behavior.
