Technical Training Deputy Manager

About the role

The Technical Training Deputy Manager will lead AMIO regional technical training teams to implement Nissan's Technical Training Academy strategy across new model launches and technical skill development. This role ensures alignment with European and global standards while driving performance improvements in the AMIO region.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead the implementation of the AMIO Training Academy strategy in coordination with central HQ in France and NML guidelines.
• Develop and manage the annual technical training budget and identify local training providers.
• Assess gaps between current market capabilities and global initiatives, defining actions to close those gaps.
• Organise and facilitate regional technical training reviews, seminars, and monthly meetings.
• Validate training proposals, ensure cross‑functional alignment, and customise implementations for market‑specific conditions.
• Monitor local budget execution, track KPI performance, and prepare quarterly reports for AMIO HQ.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Technical Trainer.
• Certified Nissan Master Technical Trainer (NM).
• Proven experience in automotive technical training or similar technical education environments.
