Chess Coach (Tamil)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Chess Coach who is fluent in Tamil and English to join our growing community. You will teach chess to students of all levels, create engaging lesson plans, and help learners improve their game through personalized feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online chess coaching sessions for beginners to advanced players.
• Design and adapt lesson plans that match each student’s skill level.
• Provide individual feedback and performance analysis.
• Prepare students for local and international chess tournaments.
• Organise practice sessions and foster a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• International FIDE‑rated player.
• Proven experience teaching or coaching chess.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for chess and dedication to student development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports, or a related field is a plus.
