Technical Recruiter

About the role

Yaza Group is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Technical Recruiter in Jaipur to lead end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of IT positions. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Gather recruitment requirements from clients or internal teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the selection process.
• Provide hiring managers with timely feedback and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of staffing processes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle technical recruiting.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and candidate interaction.
• Familiarity with a wide range of IT roles and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in agency or corporate technical recruiting.
• Commitment to fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of software development, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, QA and infrastructure domains.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, professional networks, ATS).
