Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives in the BFSI domain. The role involves managing medium to large‑scale projects, coordinating distributed teams, and interfacing directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, orchestrate, and deliver operational and IT initiatives within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Define and track project milestones, governance, and integrated delivery plans.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support Agile development and quarterly PI planning.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and risk registers.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure resource availability.

Required profile

• 12‑18 years of total experience with at least 6 years in project management.
• Strong BFSI domain knowledge, especially capital markets.
• Proven experience leading technical programs and managing distributed teams.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
