Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Software Implementations

About the role

Certa is an AI‑first third‑party operating system helping enterprises manage vendors, suppliers and partners. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations, acting as the primary client liaison from kickoff through go‑live and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, accountable for scope, timeline, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into detailed project plans with phases, milestones and dependencies.
• Facilitate business requirement sessions, document and obtain sign‑off on structured requirements.
• Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA and client stakeholders, removing blockers and ensuring clear ownership.
• Maintain the client relationship, lead status meetings, steering‑committee updates and manage escalations.
• Control scope creep, document change requests, and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Understand architecture and integrations well enough to challenge estimates and produce clear status reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects, preferably in enterprise SaaS or professional services.
• Strong technical fluency – able to read solution designs, understand integrations and data flows, and engage in technical discussions.
• Proven ability to run discovery workshops and translate them into documented business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Organised, calm under pressure and focused on outcomes rather than process.
