Technical Manager – Semiconductor Business Development

About the role

The Technical Manager will drive business expansion for Nuvoton’s MCU, MPU and Audio product lines in the Indian market. This role combines market analysis, product strategy and cross‑functional collaboration to create growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new leads and explore potential markets for business expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other internal teams to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
• Analyse marketplace trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies focused on promoting Nuvoton’s MCU, MPU and Audio solutions.
• Define product specifications and strategic road‑maps for the MCU, MPU and Audio offerings.
• Lead business development activities for Nuvoton’s semiconductor portfolio in India.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or electrical engineering.
• Relevant experience in product marketing, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong passion for emerging technologies.
• Good understanding of MCU and Audio IC applications.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
