Technical Delivery Manager – Remote (India)

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives for paralucent, working fully remotely from India. You will translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans, govern execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of technology projects from discovery through release, stabilization and closure.
• Develop integrated delivery plans across engineering, product, architecture, DevOps, security, QA and third‑party teams.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, manage risks, issues and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective) and act as Scrum Master.
• Drive technical decision‑making, challenge estimates and ensure non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, observability) are met.
• Lead governance, reporting and stakeholder communication, providing concise updates to executives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing large‑scale technology programs in a highly technical environment.
• Proven ability to work with engineering and architecture leadership and translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict‑resolution skills.
