Technical Customer Success Manager - North America

About the role

Cybeats is looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a full‑time temporary remote role based in India supporting US and Canada clients for a 12‑month period with possible extension.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑Sales Discovery: partner with the Western sales squad, analyze prospect software architectures, evaluate compliance readiness, and build Proof‑Of‑Value plans.
• Post‑Sales Implementation: drive hands‑on onboarding for engineering, DevSecOps and PSIRT teams, guide API integrations, SSO setup, and process automation.
• Strategic Advisory: act as a deep‑tech advisor to global security heads on complex supply‑chain mandates.
• Tier‑1 Support & Triage: own first‑line platform debugging, data validation, and isolate product bugs before escalation.
• Enablement & Knowledge Infrastructure: create implementation playbooks, technical FAQs, and developer toolkits from engineering tribal knowledge.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years in a technical, client‑facing engineering role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven track record in a B2B SaaS product company (Series A‑C) with product‑first focus.
• Fluent comfort with REST APIs, parsing JSON/XML, and using Postman collections.
• Inquisitive mindset with strong communication skills for briefing directors and C‑level leaders.
• Ability to work across US and Canada time zones and maintain daily communication.
