Technical Architect – Cloud & Platform Engineering

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a hands‑on Technical Architect to lead the design, development and evolution of cloud‑native and hybrid platforms. You will translate complex business needs into secure, scalable solutions while driving architectural governance and mentoring engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end architecture for cloud‑native and hybrid solutions, creating blueprints, reference models and technical roadmaps.
• Lead implementation across Azure, AWS and GCP, designing and optimizing Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) platforms, including GPU workloads.
• Design autoscaling, high‑availability, disaster‑recovery and multi‑region deployment strategies while optimizing cost and performance.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines, release strategies (blue‑green, canary) and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform or Bicep.
• Implement security controls, IAM, network security and data‑protection measures, ensuring secure hybrid connectivity.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, enforce SLAs and drive reliability engineering and chaos testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, event‑driven and API‑first architectures.
• Ability to mentor teams and influence architectural decisions.
