Technical & AI-Driven Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

About the role

BooksWagon is looking for a data‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its e‑commerce growth from the Noida office. The role blends strategic marketing, advanced technical execution and AI‑powered automation to boost traffic, engagement and sales across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads and other performance channels.
• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies, including technical site audits and product‑feed optimisation.
• Integrate large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) through prompt engineering to automate content creation, metadata generation and audience persona building.
• Automate reporting and workflow processes using AI tools to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Monitor web analytics, manage marketing budgets and produce data‑rich performance reports.
• Collaborate with content, design and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Graduate degree in Marketing (MBA or PGDM) with a focus on digital strategies.
• Passion for staying ahead of AI and marketing technology trends.
