Team Member – SIT (Engineering)

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Team Member for the SIT (System Investigation Team) focused on engineering, utilities, and manufacturing. The role involves leading investigations of level 2 and 3 incidents, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring accurate documentation in the SAP incident log.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee investigation of level 2 and 3 incidents from initiation to closure.
• Work closely with Cross‑Functional Team (CFT) members to identify root causes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions (CA) and preventive actions (PA).
• Prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
• Participate in investigations of engineering, utilities, and manufacturing cases.
• Review level 1B incidents and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate classification of incidents in SAP.
• Support regulatory inspections by providing required documentation and evidence.

Required profile

• Experience in incident investigation within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with SAP incident management modules.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
