Team Member (Production Operator)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at Continental Surface Solutions India. The role involves operating, adjusting and supervising production machines to ensure timely and high‑quality output in an automotive or chemical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines according to the defined set‑up plan and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance, conduct quality checks following TSOP, and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Maintain the technical state of equipment, troubleshoot errors, and ensure safety installations are functional.
• Perform optical inspections, separate defective products, and document manufacturing and testing results.
• Handle the supply, disposal and timely provision of tools, sub‑assemblies, and auxiliary materials.
• Follow all procedures defined in the function manual and IMS, applying Lean Production, 5S and PDCA principles.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar production role within the automotive or chemical industry.
• Familiarity with Lean Production, 5S and PDCA methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of polymer processing is a plus.
