About the role

Join Freudenberg Performance Materials as a Production Team Member in Chennai. You will help ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report any abnormalities observed in products or machines to the team leader immediately.
• Wear and use the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) required for each process.
• Stop machinery promptly when quality issues arise to prevent production of downgraded material.
• Maintain punctuality, good attendance, and a positive work culture.
• Follow the management systems and standards for ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field or 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
