Team Member - IT Transformation

About the role

The Team Member – IT Transformation will drive end‑to‑end delivery of IT solutions for Aditya Birla Health Insurance. You will work closely with business users and external partners to understand requirements, design solutions, oversee development, test changes and ensure smooth production releases.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse functional requirements from various user functions.
• Design solution specifications and coordinate development with external partners.
• Conduct testing, manage releases and support applications in production.
• Identify and resolve production defects caused by incomplete requirements, testing gaps or coding issues.
• Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and support audit processes.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships for integrations and migrations.
• Participate in change management activities across multiple health and wellness applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT solution delivery within the insurance or health‑care domain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving capability to diagnose and close production issues.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
