Team Member - Inhouse WellBeing Score

About the role

The Team Member – Inhouse WellBeing Score will join the Clinical Data Analytics team to drive health analytics across the organization. Reporting to the Deputy Vice President & Head of Clinical Data Analytics, the role ensures the statistical foundation of the Wellbeing Score, Family Wellbeing Score, Corporate Health Index, and Lifestyle Scores is robust and actionable.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, optimise, and maintain statistical models that underpin the organisation's wellbeing and health indices.
• Apply advanced statistical methods and causal analysis to generate accurate, data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical experts, and subject‑matter specialists to align models with strategic goals.
• Uphold data governance protocols and contribute to the automation of model updates and reporting processes.
• Support continuous improvement of modelling approaches and ensure scalability of statistical heuristics.

Required profile

• Strong background in statistical modelling, health analytics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a data‑rich environment.
• Ability to translate complex analytical results into actionable business recommendations.
