About the role
To sell products or services for a company and represent its brand while managing customer relationships from initial outreach to purchase completion.
Key responsibilities
- Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural area.
- Recruit, coach and mentor a field sales team (FSE) to drive business.
- Plan market size, geography and targets for the sales team.
- Monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
- Promote cross‑sell financial products such as merchant loans, personal loans, gold SIPs and upgrades.
Required profile
- Graduate or higher; post‑graduation preferred.
- Strong networking abilities and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and quick‑learning capabilities.
- Good understanding of lending and financial products.
