Team Leader - Housekeeping

About the role
You will assist in the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, aligning with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily management of guest room and public area cleanliness.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met across all floors.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to schedule tasks and maintain inventory.
- Monitor and report on departmental performance and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
