Team Leader – Engineering (Electrician)

About the role

The Engineering Team Leader will support the efficient operation of the engineering department at Hyatt Place Aurangabad Airport, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role ensures that guest, employee and owner expectations are consistently met through reliable engineering services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Coordinate with other operating departments to provide timely technical support.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality and brand standards.
• Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems.

Required profile

• Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an engineer in a hotel or a large building/complex with a central plant.
