Team Lead – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales

About the role

Cashfast Finserv is looking for an energetic Team Lead to drive its Personal Loan and Overdraft sales operations in Noida. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, improve conversion rates, and manage sales pipelines.
• Oversee follow‑ups, customer coordination, and closing activities.
• Coach team members on pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Ensure consistent achievement of business and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or loan products.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team‑handling role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a passion for sales.
• Ability to motivate a team and perform under pressure.
