Team Lead – Hyper Automation (RPA, AI, ML)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to drive our Hyper Automation initiatives. In this position you will guide a team of developers to design, build and deliver end‑to‑end automation solutions that combine Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex business processes and oversee the full lifecycle of automation services, from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect advanced RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Automate, ensuring security, scalability and resilience.
• Integrate AI/ML models, Natural Language Processing and Generative AI features such as chatbots and document automation into RPA solutions.
• Establish technical governance, reusable code libraries, frameworks and coding standards.
• Mentor senior and junior developers, manage sprint planning, resource allocation and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners and leadership to translate business needs into technical pipelines.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production bots.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading automation or RPA teams, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
