Team Lead - Fraud Prevention Investigation

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a proactive Team Lead to head its Fraud Prevention Investigation team in Mumbai. You will guide a group of specialists, ensuring high‑performance fraud detection and timely resolution of high‑risk transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of Fraud Prevention Investigation Specialists.
• Monitor team schedules, task assignments and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage team cohesion across time zones and hybrid work settings.
• Conduct investigations on high‑risk transactions as needed.
• Lead, mentor and motivate team members to meet departmental goals.
• Provide coaching on fraud detection techniques and investigation methods.
• Design and deliver training sessions and development plans.
• Collect feedback, produce performance reports and recommend process improvements.
