Team Lead – Delivery Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a proactive Team Lead to oversee shift operations at its delivery centre in Gurgaon. You will partner with the DC manager to drive performance, ensure safety, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inbound and outbound operations for a large site or multiple smaller sites.
• Meet customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs and maintaining team safety and morale.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and development plans for associates.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits and act as stand‑in for the Area Manager.
• Oversee both day and night shifts, handling escalations and ensuring smooth station operations.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑3 years of experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong execution mindset, action‑oriented and resourceful.
• Good people‑management abilities and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
