Tax Senior Associate – Family Office

About the role

RSM’s Family Office Enterprise (FOE) practice is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to support ultra‑high net worth families, family offices and business owners. You will work within a collaborative team that delivers strategic tax planning, compliance and advisory services across the full family‑office lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute tax engagements, including individual, entity and trust/estate tax compliance.
• Provide strategic tax consulting and advisory to family‑office clients.
• Review work for quality and accuracy, ensuring high‑standard deliverables.
• Delegate tasks to junior team members while coaching their development.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and external advisors.
• Leverage cutting‑edge technology to streamline tax filing and issue‑spotting processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
• Relevant experience in tax planning and compliance for individuals, entities or trusts.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
