Tax Executive – Finance & Controllership

About the role

The Tax Executive will support direct and indirect tax compliance across India, the Netherlands, and Spain. Working closely with regional tax teams, you will gather, organize, and prepare tax data to ensure accurate and timely filings, reporting, and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise data files for corporate income tax, withholding tax, and VAT/GST compliance in the three jurisdictions.
• Extract, validate, and reconcile financial and transactional data from ERP/accounting systems for tax return preparation.
• Maintain working papers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for tax filings and statutory audits.
• Produce GST reconciliation statements (e.g., GSTR‑2A/2B vs books) and input tax credit reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Controllership teams to collect data inputs required for tax calculations.
• Document and preserve audit trails for all tax working files.

Required profile

• Graduate degree, preferably B.Com.
• 2–5 years of experience in audit or tax (statutory audit, tax audit, or CA firms).
• Basic understanding of direct and indirect tax concepts, especially VAT/GST and corporate tax.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑border stakeholders.
