Talent Recruiter – International Telesales

About the role

Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to build and lead the hiring of an international B2B telesales team in India. This role is 100% recruitment‑focused, targeting high‑performing sales professionals who will serve clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for telesales positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top‑quality candidates.
• Create and publish job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media and other platforms.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and conduct structured interviews assessing communication, sales aptitude and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and perform reference/background checks.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment speed, quality and success rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record hiring international telesales professionals.
• Experience recruiting candidates who have sold to customers in the USA, UK and European markets.
• Strong understanding of telesales hiring and sales talent assessment.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
