Onsite Recruitment Coordinator – Blue Collar Manufacturing

About the role

The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume blue‑collar positions in a manufacturing environment. Working on‑site at the client location, you act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers and Cielo, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate and client communications, coordinate interview rooms, and act as the recruitment contact during interview processes.
• Build relationships with local universities, technical colleges and other talent sources to promote client career opportunities.
• Create and execute recruitment marketing plans tailored to the client site.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including new‑hire forms and orientation presentations.
• Schedule phone, video and in‑person interviews, manage offer letters, and coordinate background, drug and reference checks.
• Maintain accurate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate basic metrics reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in high‑volume blue‑collar recruitment within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for posting and managing candidates.
