Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Non‑IT)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing non‑IT recruitment team. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to connect top talent with exciting opportunities while developing end‑to‑end hiring expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and similar platforms.

Required skills
