Talent Acquisition Specialist – International Telesales

About the role

Beverage Trade Network (BTN) is expanding its international telesales team and seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is 100% recruitment‑focused, responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high‑performing telesales professionals who will sell to clients across the USA, UK, Europe, Australia and other markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international telesales positions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top‑quality candidates.
• Create and publish job ads on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other relevant job boards.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews, and assess communication, sales aptitude and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and perform reference/background checks.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment speed, quality and hiring success rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated success hiring international telesales professionals.
• Familiarity with selling to customers in the USA, UK and European markets.
• Strong understanding of telesales hiring and sales talent assessment.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining quality.
