Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer based in Ahmedabad, India to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on researching and sourcing candidates through social media, deep‑web searches and other channels, providing market intelligence and candidate shortlists.

Key responsibilities

• Create market maps and talent pools using LinkedIn, Facebook and deep‑web search techniques.
• Source, approach and screen potential candidates for open positions.
• Act as the primary sourcer for roles requiring additional support.
• Utilise methodologies such as database mining and cold‑calling to identify suitable talent.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs and deliver shortlists within agreed timelines.
• Provide operational support, including editing candidate briefs and general administrative tasks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior recruitment experience, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Strong analytical abilities and independent, lateral thinking.
• Proven relationship‑building skills and high cultural awareness.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
