Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this full‑time position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partner with hiring managers and build strong talent pipelines across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and publish job postings on various platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
