Talent Acquisition Partner (Cybersecurity)

About the role

A Talent Acquisition Partner (individual contributor) is needed to manage end-to-end recruitment across the technology and cybersecurity business units of the Paramount group. The position is based in Coimbatore on a hybrid basis and is employed under Cybersecurity NxxT Pvt. Ltd., which supports the group's talent acquisition needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for cybersecurity and technology roles.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports and ATS records.
• Handle several hiring requirements at once while meeting closure timelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of cybersecurity hiring experience; exposure to GCC hiring is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, candidate engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency is mandatory.
