HR Associate

About the role

This operational HR role supports employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization, focusing on process design, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve HR processes and procedures in collaboration with the HR Executive.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for institutional positions, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collect and analyse performance evaluation reports to provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate training programs to develop employee skills and professional growth.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Gather, analyse, and report HR metrics to support data‑driven decisions.
• Support organizational change initiatives and develop strategies to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building abilities.
