About the role
The Placement Coordinator will act as a bridge between PSG Institutions and industry partners, facilitating student placements and career development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure placement opportunities.
- Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and other placement‑related events.
- Guide and mentor students on resume building, interview skills, and career planning.
- Track placement data, generate reports, and provide post‑placement support.
- Collaborate with academic departments, alumni, and HR teams of partner companies.
Required profile
- Any degree with 15–25 years of relevant experience.
- Age between 45 and 50 years.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
