Talent Acquisition Executive / Technical Recruiter

About the role

Collabera is hiring Talent Acquisition Executives / Technical Recruiters for its Vadodara office. The position is open to fresh graduates with a B.E. or B.Tech degree and strong English communication skills, and involves night‑shift work from 6 pm to 4 am IST, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client IT staffing requirements and present qualified consultants.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for contract openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and contractors in the region.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers and facilitate placements.
• Submit qualified candidates to open requisitions and achieve weekly hiring targets.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment stages in internal systems.
