Talent Acquisition Associate (Remote, India)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for its global client base. The position is fully remote and requires a deep understanding of candidate profiles, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates' online profiles and determine suitability for open positions.
• Conduct outreach via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email to engage potential hires.
• Perform comprehensive interviews assessing qualifications, experience, motivation, and logical reasoning.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to connect with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Based in India with advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
