Systems Administrator – Remote (MSP)

About the role

TurnPoint, a leading Managed Service Provider, is seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Systems Administrator to join its fully remote team. You will support a diverse client base, drive advanced technical projects, and ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical staff, coaching junior resources and stepping in when needed.
• Deliver daily client work, including desktop support, server administration, and network troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and maintain Office 365 and Azure infrastructure for multiple customers.
• Monitor and improve workflow efficiency, contributing to internal documentation and service quality.
• Escalate complex technical issues and coordinate resolution with senior engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator (not an entry‑level role).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
