System Engineer

About the role

Wealixir Consulting Group is seeking a System Engineer to join its Hyderabad office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure that powers our financial consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain servers, networks and related infrastructure.
• Perform system administration tasks across Windows and Linux environments.
• Monitor performance, ensure high availability and enforce security standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and coordinate upgrades with vendors.
• Document system configurations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong systems engineering and design capabilities.
• Solid system administration experience in multi‑environment setups.
• Advanced troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Good understanding of security, backup/recovery and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Analytical thinking, strong documentation habits and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
