Support Specialist (Tier I) – Customer Success

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Support Specialist (Tier I) to join InvoiceCloud’s Customer Success team. As the first point of contact, you will help customers navigate the Biller Portal, understand our fintech products, and resolve basic issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Triaging and documenting Tier I support tickets, selecting appropriate case fields and routing more complex issues.
• Guide users through the InvoiceCloud platform, including report generation and approved system changes.
• Maintain accurate case information and contribute to efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high standards of responsiveness and operational excellence.
