About the role
Tszs Ltd is expanding its restaurant team and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill three key positions: Supervisor, Waiting Staff, and Kitchen Assistant. These roles are essential to delivering a high‑quality dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervisor: Maintain safety and hygiene standards, oversee daily shifts, handle customer feedback and complaints, and evaluate staff performance.
- Waiting Staff: Provide prompt, courteous service, ensure food safety and sanitation, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Kitchen Assistant: Support kitchen operations, follow food‑preparation procedures, and collaborate with the culinary team.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic restaurant setting.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
