About the role
Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd is hiring multiple skilled fitters for its steel, automation, construction and fabrication units in Raipur and Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The roles involve assembling, installing, maintaining and repairing industrial machinery, structural components and piping systems.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to fabricate and install equipment.
- Perform welding (MIG/TIG), cutting, drilling and assembly of structural steel, pipework and metal components.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools, rigging equipment and measuring instruments to achieve precise fit‑ups.
Required profile
- Work experience ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the specific position.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations in industrial environments.
