Strategy & Business Development Coordinator – Public Health

About the role

PATH is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join its Strategy and Business Development team in New Delhi. The Coordinator will support day‑to‑day activities that advance health equity across multiple program verticals, including Family Health, Digital Health, Infectious Diseases, and Vaccines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Strategy and Business Development team and vertical program teams with tasks related to strategic initiatives and growth planning.
• Assist in preparing concept notes, proposals, donor pitches, presentations, and program strategy documents.
• Track and monitor active funding opportunities from Indian and global donors and share updates with program teams.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and landscape assessments to inform program design.
• Compile and organize program data to generate insights for strategy improvement.
• Coordinate the internship program, internal project management processes, and liaison with external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal teams, donors, and partners.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in consulting, program support, business development, coordination, or field implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders.
• Interest or experience working with government institutions, corporates, healthcare providers, or NGOs.
• Structured, logical problem‑solving approach with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or design tools like Canva (a plus).
