Strategic Transformation Leader – Technology & Semiconductor

About the role

EY is seeking a Strategic Transformation Leader to drive high‑value, end‑to‑end transformation programs for technology clients, with a focus on semiconductors, hardware, software and digital platforms. The role will originate and deliver complex deals that span cost‑takeouts, M&A, growth, profitability, finance and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and originate new opportunities by understanding client strategy, market disruptions and operating context.
• Lead large, complex transformation and transaction engagements, including cost‑takeout, operating‑model redesign, shared‑services implementation and technology‑enabled automation.
• Drive M&A integration, carve‑out and divestiture programs, focusing on synergy capture, supply‑chain integration and working‑capital optimization.
• Build and maintain C‑suite relationships, positioning EY as the preferred partner for strategy, M&A and transformation.
• Develop repeatable sector offerings, playbooks, frameworks and accelerators that differentiate the practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering strategic transformation programs in the technology sector, especially semiconductors, electronics manufacturing or software/SaaS.
• Strong track record of originating revenue, managing pipelines and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and to lead cross‑disciplinary teams.
