Stock Planning & Operations Executive

About the role

As a Stock Planning & Operations Executive at Hetfy’s GIFT City office, you will be at the heart of the company’s e‑commerce supply chain, ensuring the right products are available on the right marketplace channels at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve demand‑forecast models using historical sales data, market trends and category insights.
• Manage product portfolios and maintain optimal stock levels across multiple marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and others.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews to identify growth opportunities and flag potential risks.
• Plan and manage trade promotions, rework deals and support pricing decisions with data‑backed inputs.
• Track changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies, presenting clear findings to management.
• Identify gaps in forecast accuracy and implement practical improvements.
• Oversee inbound stock flow and delivery verification to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, stock planning or supply‑chain, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities with confidence working with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Prior experience with major online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is a strong advantage.
