Stock Audit & Inventory Control Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to lead stock audit and inventory reconciliation for our African operations. The role requires strong analytical abilities, hands‑on experience with SAP Business One and advanced Excel skills, and the capacity to work closely with store teams and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Verify stock count reports submitted by store managers and external auditors.
• Reconcile physical stock with SAP Business One and resolve any discrepancies.
• Investigate stock variances, system errors, and incorrect inventory postings.
• Plan and coordinate quarterly external stock audits across all stores.
• Follow up with auditors and store teams to ensure timely audit completion.
• Schedule and lead weekly review meetings with external auditors and management.
• Prepare stock audit reports, variance analysis, and action trackers.
• Support inventory controls, audit compliance, and month‑end reporting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• M.Com qualification.
• Experience in back‑office accounting operations of African companies is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP Business One (SAP B1).
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
