Stock Administrator

About the role

The Stock Administrator will join the boutique team to ensure seamless stock management, back‑office operations and customer‑service flow. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the boutique’s omnichannel activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and transfer stock, handle special product requests and prepare omnichannel orders.
• Manage cash and billing procedures, and produce regular activity reports (reservation, consignment, stock, sales reconciliation, traffic, etc.).
• Control customer‑service flows to and from the boutique, oversee repairs and perform authorised customer‑service tasks.
• Maintain back‑office set‑up and ensure precise, reliable daily operations.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing stock activities in a boutique or retail environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Non‑compromising attitude, high precision and reliability in routine tasks.
