Steward – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Steward – Food & Beverage Service to join its vibrant team. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, supporting the Food & Beverage department, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and meet guests' needs while delivering exceptional service.
• Support the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department and ensure all tasks are completed professionally.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Take ownership of assigned duties, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
• Collaborate with supervisors to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve productivity targets.

Required profile

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in a high‑excellence environment.
• Strong communication skills.
