About the role
Unaav, a fast‑growing South Indian restaurant in Delhi, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to maintain service standards.
- Lead, train and schedule a team of staff members.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimise waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Monitor cost control measures and optimise profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant operations with a reputable food brand.
- Bachelor’s degree; hotel management education is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards.
